The Double Creek Ranch Airpark is a 360-acre property that includes a private 3,400 foot airstrip, a 5-acre pond, 1-mile frontage on the North Fork of Battle Creek, a caretaker residence and maintenance building, partner's residence, horse barn, corrals, and pastures, and extensive riding and hiking trails.  The property is located in the Manton Valley 7-miles south of Shingletown and 2.5-miles from the Village of Manton on Wilson Hill Road at an altitude of 2,000 feet.  The Double Creek Airport is shown on the Klamath Falls Sectional Chart, and is 22 statute miles east (083) from the Redding (RDD) VOR.  The private airstrip is located at Latitude 40 26.750' North and Longitude 121 52.867 West.  Prior permission must be obtained before landing at DCRA.  Both Redding and Red Bluff are within 45 minutes driving time.
