Possibly the only child of Walter and Faye Rotundi, Meghan is the "freaky goth roomate" juxtaposition to the "innocent hometown sweater girl" Felicity Porter. Partial to artifical butter spread and cold undies in the morning, her past is but a slowly unraveling mystery.
We've seen Meghan "unmasked" in floral prints and darling outfits. Her parents enjoy art, museums and snooping around in other people's stuff. While we don't know what's in dear Meggy's box, it's contents sure sent Walter and Faye for a loop (but it's okay, they think the Box belongs to Felicity).
