course on strategic, tactical and cultural components of working
effectively with global projects and international colleagues and
clients. You need to communicate with colleagues, customers, or
suppliers in Europe, Latin America, or the Pacific Rim. You may be a
member of an international project team. Next month, you might be
flying to Singapore and Shanghai. How do you strengthen your global
