A course on strategic, tactical and cultural components of working effectively with global projects and international colleagues and clients. You need to communicate with colleagues, customers, or suppliers in Europe, Latin America, or the Pacific Rim. You may be a member of an international project team. Next month, you might be flying to Singapore and Shanghai. How do you strengthen your global skills so you will be more effective internationally? In this course, participants will be given immediately useful strategies and information which will make them more effective internationally.

Methodology

Our training is highly participatory and interactive, using a variety of methods such as case studies, group discussions, role-play, situational simulation,and task oriented activities.

It is a participant-centered training approach complemented by short inputs and exercises. The theoretical frameworks broaden the scope of the participants' learning, offering opportunities to analyse culturally diverse human resources.
