Aurora: She is 7 years old and getting so tall! She's in 2nd grade now. She enjoys her weekly piano lesson and gymnastics class. Her favorite thing to do is to draw or do art of almost any kind.

Orion: He's 5 years old and officially a Kindergartener! He's still very quick with his numbers, enjoys reading simple funny stories and loves his gymnastics class. Whenever he gets a chance, he's all over computer games, Wii games, board games and card games.

Kirk: He's working at Ocotillo Wells State Park, east of Borrego Springs. He just recently got a promotion to Superintendent 2!

Tien: I think she has a show coming up over New Year's which she'll have to travel for. Otherwise, she's running and training for Escondido PD's physical exam in April.

Susan: Not much too exciting on my end. I'm scrapbooking once a month which I'm starting to think is not enough to keep up with Aurora & Orion's albums. I'm looking around for more scince ideas for Aurora & Orion... math and language I feel very comfortable with but science & social studies is all new for me this year!

Sadly, I haven't read anything fun lately... I've been re-reading a Homeschooling book and checking out catalogs for Christmas shopping. I am however really looking forward to some books I hope to get for Christmas!

Theater Movies: I last saw New Moon. Woo hoo! Great stuff, love how Jacob has 'grown up'. The Volturi were pretty cool too - especially Dakota Fanning who played Jane.

Birthdays: January: 7th, Stan Rohrer's 80th birthday! 14th, Kim Johnson.
