Engine and Performance
The 1997 Hyundai Tiburon comes with two engine types. The base engine on the standard Tiburon is a 1.8 Liter DOHC engine and the engine on the upgraded Tiburon Fx features a 2.0 DOHC engine. For 1998, however, only the 2.0 liter will be offered on both models. Both of these engines are very adequate for pushing my little Tiburon around town.
