Promo picture of two VTV's, or Vector Thrust Vehcile, from Virtual World's game "Red Planet", with the green being a Mule Class and the larger red one being a Bull Class VTV. It is the VTV's that were the insparation and source that I addapted for the Vector Thrust, Tactical Assault Crafts, or VT-TAC (pronounced "vee-tac") for short, in my APSF fictional world.

I am also in the process of making a variation of a VT-TAC into an RC hover vehicle. Features will include independently forward/back tiltable vector thrusting nozzle sets on either side and the ability to put on solid fuel speed boosters (a.k.a. model rocket motors) just like in the fiction. I also have plans that include optional walker legs and the ability to tilt the nozzles and/or leg assemblies up for various purpouses.

From here, you can see that their is litteraly no wires or soldering on the insides of this guy. Just copper plates that have little crimp contacts to the other plates as well as a solitary diode (the only electrical component) installed.

Here you can see the front. The air goes into the center and out the sides. Not quite a good setup for me to use as a blower source for the VT-TAC since the air flows the same direction even when the motor is reversed.
