The first cumulative index was published in Vo1.18: 1 and it covered articles with specific subjects published in Journal Volumes 1 to 17 inclusive, the second one was published in Vol. 25:3 and covered Volumes 18 to 23, the third index was published in Vol. 29:2 and covered Volumes 24 to 28.
In the interest of brevity the initials of frequent contributors, rather than their full names are used instead.
