This legislation will expand the definition of ATOMIC VETERAN to include nuclear material handlers, guards, clean-up personnel, and any other Veterans exposed to ionizing radiation while serving the Nation.
Congress will only react to issues that are brought before the body, with support (as much as possible) of affected citizens.
Survivors, as well as Military Veterans, will benefit by this bill.
