FLOWER ESSENCES have been around since the 1930s, when a homeopathic physician and bacteriologist, named Dr. Edward Bach, in England, theorized that flower essences could assist patients, inexpensively, in clearing the blocks to their health and well-being. His idea was that we all need to hear our higher self communicate what we need to do to fulfill our full potential in this life. Dr. Bach was inspired by his walks in Nature and developed a method of distillation that preserved the essence, not the oil, of flowers. Then, you may find another layer of distress coming up afterwards, which is quiet normal. It's the old "onion layer" theory.
