JB's Political Buddies!

Here are some of my Political Friends whom have succeeded in Politics!

Jeff Kellogg
Mike Donelon
H. Del Roosevelt
Rich Lambros

Jeff Kellogg

Jeff is currently the Councilman for the district in which I live in - 8th District. I first met Jeff in 1991 at a Scouting Event, and from that day forward he has been my mentor, political idol, and a great friend.

Mike Donelon

Mike is one of the greatest people who ever held a City Council seat! Mike is currently the 7th District City Councilman, but will be leaving his seat in July and handing it over to Ray Grabinski. Mike ran for re-election, but Ray took home the victory! Mike was one of those people who wanted to represent the people and didn't care about what was going to benefit himself! He tried his best and Mike has taught me a lot on how politics works...either for you or against you!

H. Del Roosevelt

Del, who is currently the 4th District City Councilman, taught me so much about the Democratic Party. Even though I'm not Democrat, Del is my ultimate favorite Democrat! Del is the Grandson to former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt - so Politics runs in his family! When I first met Del, I felt wierd, as if I was stepping back into history. He displayed to me many items that was previously owned by FDR, and taught me a lot about him! I ended up doing a US History report on FDR, which Del assisted me in...the greatest resource that I ever had! Del will go far in Politics...and he could bet that I'll be there to support him in every step he takes!

Rich Lambros

Rich was really the first Republican that took me under his arms and led me into the GOP. Even though Jeff Kellogg is Republican, the office of City Council is a non-partisan seat, so Jeff couldn't really teach me the ropes of the GOP! Rich was running for the State Assembly seat for my district. I first met Rich while I was walking my neighborhood passing out brochures about the Bixby Knolls Race. I saw this man and lady walking up the same street with a clipboard in hand and a hand full of pamphlets...so I asked which campaign they are with. Well the man answered with "The Rich Lambros Campaign!" I responded, "I'm supporting him...I have a sign in my front yard (which I did)!" I had never seen Rich, so I didn't know what he looked like - I just supported him because Jeff Kellogg was supporting him! Well the man told me..."Thank you - I'm Rich Lambros!" Boy was I embarrased! From that point on, he would call me to assist him with his campaign and I did. Well, he would end up losing the campaign...but now he is the Executive Director of the California Republican Party!
