Doc is a registerd QH gelding that desperately needs a home. He's about 17 hands and 14 years old. He's tall, lean, very gentle, loves children and also loves to go. In his younger day he raced at Los Alamitos racetrack, in fact he won his maiden race. The above picture was taken in February 2000.

Doc hasn't been ridden much lately so he is a little rusty. However, he has a wonderful personality and will tie, loves to be groomed, is a farrier's dream, and trailers with no problem.

Doc belonged to a woman who worked for the civil service and she transferred out of state and decided at the last minute not to take him with her. She called us desperate for a home so she wouldn't have to take him to the auction. We bought him never intending to keep him. We have leased him to a couple families, but due to moving and divorce the leases were short term. When we got him back we decided Doc should have a permanent home because he deserves his own family to love. No more temporary leases for Doc.

We've only had him for about 7 months so we don't know all there is to know about him. If you think you might be interested, give us a call and we'll set up a time you can come see him. Since all our pens are full we have him boarded at a friends house.
