Manchester Space is Named
The Sisterspace located in Manchester, NH is to be called the Jane Barlow place, after the woman who backed Bestwolf's dream of helping the sisterhood. Mrs Barlow, one time lover of Best's and relative new comer to the lifestyle deserves the honor of the first active space being named after her, and although they are no longer together as lovers, hopes she still shares in the dream.
Portsmouth Space is Named
The second active space is to be in the city of Portsmourth, NH and will be called the Christine Burton House after the founder of Golden Threads who was in the last years of her life very interested in this project. Our only regret is that we could not move Christine out of the nursing home where she resided and into a home strictly for lesbians. Beliving that she can see from her chair up there in heaven, the dream is going on as planned.
Board Members Sought
If you are a current member of My Sisters House, and wish to activly serve your community we need you. If you are not a member and wish to become a member of the board, we suggest your becoming a member soon. Whitefield Turnout
Whitefield, NH held its first monthly meetings on the June 26th with a good turnout. Keep up the good work ladies and soon you will be looking for a bigger place to meet.
