"The Creep"

2488.02.-Many factions have reported an alien life form on various planets.
Origin unknown.
2488.12.-Reports flood in of casualties across the board. Alien life
form is designated "The Creep" and identified as hostile. The civil war
precludes any offensive action against the Creep, all forces are ordered
to avoid.
2488.27.-The creep population is massive. Their colonies are widespread,
and they are attacking without warning, attempts at defense have been
delayed. The creep are invulnerable to orbital bombardment due to their
burrowing capability. Reproduction rates are extremely high. Garrison at
Amaru VII overrun by creep, no survivors.
2488.65.-After suffering horrific casualties the Brodus party allies with the
Shakur in an attempt to save themselves.
2488.202.-The creep infestation in the Amaru galaxy is becoming uncontrollable.
Many factions retreat into home territory and disband.
2489.05.-Warlord Adamus redirect's the combined force of the new Commonwealth
against the creep. Foothold's established throughout the quadrant. The
struggle rages, enemy is resistant.
