NoCaBa (North Camp Barrio) is an afterschool drop-in center in Oceanside for school-aged youth to attend throughout the school year and during the summer. NoCaBa provides a safe place for children in the Crown Heights area of Oceanside to participate in recreational activities, receive homework help, and learn to develop their self-esteem and self-reliance skills.
