Most People have heard of Paul the Apostle . . . .
His teachings are spoken of in most churches today .
Peter the Apostle spoke of Paul's words being hard to understand ,
so let us read of a few :But if our WORD be hid , it is hid to them that are lost . . . .
In who the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them
which believe not , less the light of the glorious WORD of
Christ , who is the Image of God , should shine from them .
<>For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus , who we have not preached , or if you receive another spirit , which you have not received , or another WORD , which you have not accepted , you might well bear with him .
<>But though we , or an angel from heaven , preach any other
WORD to you than that which we have preached to you ,
let him be accursed . As we said before , so say I now
again , If any man preach any other WORD to you ,
than that you have received , let him be accursed .
<>Which is not another ; but there be some that trouble you ,
and would pervert the WORD of CHRIST .
<>Awake to righteousness , and sin NO MORE ; for some have
not the knowledge of God : I speak this to your shame .
When anyone hears the word of the kingdom , and
understands it not , then comes the wicked one , and
steals away that which was planted in his heart .This is he which received seed by the wayside .<>
The field is the world ; the good seed are the children of the kingdom ;
but the tares are the children of the wicked one ;
Beware of false prophets , which come to you in sheep's
clothing , but inwardly they are ravening wolves .<>
And many false prophets shall rise , and shall deceive many .
For there shall arise false Christs , and false prophets , and
will show great signs and wonders ; insomuch that , if it were
possible , they will deceive the very elect .<>
For such are false apostles , deceitful workers ,
converting themselves to be the apostles of Christ .
And no marvel ; for Satan himself is converting
into an angel of light .
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be
converted as the ministers of righteousness ; whose
end shall be according to their works .<>
I write unto you , fathers , because you have
known him that is from the beginning .I write to you , young men , because you have
overcome the wicked one .I write to you , little children , because you have known the Father .<>
I have written to you , fathers , because you have
known him that is from the beginning .I have written unto you , young men , because you
are strong , and the word of God lives in you ,
and you have overcome the wicked one .
Not as Cain , who was of that wicked one , and murdered his brother . And wherefore murdered he him ? Because his own
works were evil , and his brother's righteous .<>
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not ; but he that is being produced of God keepeth himself , and that wicked one touches him not .
<>
You therefore , beloved , seeing you know these thingsbefore , beware less you also , be led away with the error
of the wicked , fall from your own firmness in Christ .<>
But grow in Spirit , and in the knowledge of our Lord
and Saviour Jesus Christ .To him be glory both now and forever .<>
And others save with fear , pulling them out of
the fire ; hating even the sins shown by the law .<>
Now to him that is able to keep you from falling , and
to present you innocent before the presence
of his glory with exceeding joy .<>
You are of God , little children , and have overcome them :
because greater is he that is in you ,than he that is in the world .<>
To the only wise God our Saviour , be glory and majesty ,
dominion and power , both now and ever .<>< Amen .><><>
