This is how, and the only way, I masturbate and i have been doing it for . .well im 44 now. .i've been doing since i was a little boy. I didnt know what i was doing back then i just new it had to be done. I found out about TMS a couple days ago on the internet. I was suprised to findout there was actually a name for it. But i was kind of happy to know that i wasnt the only one.

The problem with TMS that i had and that I gather most other males have is that they are unable to ejaculate in normal sex.

WHY CANT SOMEONE WITH TMS EJACULATE DURING INTERCOURSE?
In normal hand masturbation a man usually massages/strokes the shaft of his penis to gain an erection and to ejaculate. IMO over time this sensation is psychologically learned and subsequently linked to ejaculation. It is then carried over to intercourse where the penis enters the vagina. The physical pleasure of intercourse is felt by the shaft of the penis eventually causing ejaculation.
In TMS a man will rub his penis against a surface to gain an erection and eventually to ejaculate. The pleasure of TMS is felt by the testicles and the underside of the shaft of the penis. The upper side lies against the mans stomach during masturbation and recives no stimulus at all. IMO, psychologically this "displaced" sensation is linked to ejaculation but not sexual arousal and pleasure.
Sex is sex, a mans penis enters and thrusts into a womans vagina. It is what it is no matter what position is practiced. The entire shaft of a mans' penis is stimulated by the massaging sensation of a womans' vagina eventually building up to ejaculation.
This is the same for a man with TMS with the exception of the build up to ejaculation. The shaft of the penis recives stimulation without question, but the testicle recive none. A man with TMS only recives half the sensation, this is psychological. It's not that hes not aroused its that he's having trouble reaching that peak that cause him to ejaculate.
And let me be clear when I say ejaculate I mean ejaculating inside a womans vagina.
IS THIS THE SAME REASON WHY A MAN WITH TMS CANT EJACULATE DURING ORAL SEX?
Yes. The sensation of oral sex is not the same as TMS masturbation especailly when it comes to the testicles.
SO A MAN WITH TMS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO EJACULATE DURING INTERCOURSE?
No. Its possible, I did it. It takes time, patience and alot of "practice".

Not necessarily. First off if you practice TMS and traditional masturbation i'd say stop using TMS, this will vary depending if your having sexual intercourse or not. If you are and are not having any problems ejaculating then theres no need to stop. If your a virgin then i'd say stop immediatley.
Again im not an expert in anything but i believe that there is a "point of no return". It relies on when you started practicing TMS, masturbation at a young age, in realation to puberty and how old you are currently. I've been doing TMS since i was ohh maybe 5 years old or so, i cant remember.
My advice is
if you or someone you know (obviously a son or sibling)
is masturbating this way before puberty STOP THEM IMMEDIATLEY and probably consult a pediatrician or physician of some sort.
if you are inbetween puberty and the sexual peak age of 18 - 20 STOP. The earlier the better. STOP. Most likely your discovering semen discharge when you ejaculate. This results in the psychological link that i mentioned earlier.
if your over 18 or waaaaay over 18 its possible that you may have a problem. This varies on when you start having sex. As an example I lost my virginity when i was 24 and could not ejaculate till the 5th sexual session, and that was hard work. Its not as simple as saying stop, the damage is most likely done.
