Rental is equipped with the following:

Fully-equipped kitchen with basic utensils and microwave;
Free High-Speed Internet Access, 2 Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player/Stereo, Telephone, Answering Machine; Air Conditioners,
Washer and Dryer.
Bed Sizes: 1 Queen; 2 Twins; 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper.
Additional comments regarding the unit you have rented: Located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, the unit is a 3rd floor, 2-story condo with elevator access. The resort has a swimming pool, and activities planner onsite. NOTE: Tahoe Mountain Property owners, agents, and private contractors are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen articles or items left behind in the rented unit. We cannot guarantee the working condition of electronic equipment, appliances, and phones, but we do assure that repairs will be made as soon as reasonably possible. No refunds will be made due to equipment failure. In the event of cancellation, pre-paid deposit and/or rent are subject to forfeiture. A fee of $25 will be applied against all confirmed reservations that are cancelled. Refund of the remainder of the advance will be made only if written notice is received 60 days prior to arrival.
The vacation tenants staying in the above property have read and understand the following terms of this agreement. The rental will be left in a neat and clean condition upon departure. The tenants must use a telephone calling card for long distance calls. Tenants are liable for any damage incurred during occupancy. The deposit will be returned approximately 3 weeks after check out. Any charges for lost keys, damages, or additional cleaning will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Reservations are not predicated upon weather conditions.
SORRY, pets and smoking are not permitted in the unit.
Balance Due amount is required TWO MONTHS before arrival date.
