My Upline Manager Jo is always giving me stuff... lots and lots of it! LOL She gave me this and I found it very interesting. I can identify some of my weaknesses and some of my strengths too! How about you?
20 Reasons Why Associates Fail!
- No written goals- doesn't know what he/she wants out of life & has no direction.
- No commitment - does not put forth action.
- Only interested in personal profits - doesn't care about helping downline suceed.
- No answering machine or voice mail.
- Uninformed on how to suceed in Network Marketing. Has not taken the time to learn.
- Doesn't follow-up on prospects and customers.
- Gives up easily - usually quits within the first 90 days.
- Gets discouraged easily - lets small problems & inconviences stand in his/her way.
- Lazy - wants to reap the rewards without working.
- Doesn't handle complaints from customers or associates.
- Doesn't recognise or praise his/her associates accomplishments.
- Doesn't work hi/her business on a consistent basis.
- Blames the company, products, marketing plan, lack of support from upline. Doesn't realize that other can suceed under similar circumstances, he/she can too.
- Too impatient - wants to make big money too soon.
