Vote San Diego '98 . . . Becomes
Vote San Diego 2000

There is no time to waste. If Reps are going to spoil Gray
Davis' festive mood and the Dem's hope for an unadulterated Reapportionment
in their
favor, then we have to get to work RIGHT NOW. No lolly-gagging allowed.
The folks at Vote San Diego '98 who registered over 13,000 Reps in San
Diego County in two
months prior to the election and inkinded San Diego's Republican's
campaigns with maps,
voter files, food, software, absentee request lists, precinct walkers and
more are becoming Vote San Diego 2000.
There will be five Open Assembly seats in San Diego County in year 2000
because of
term limits: Howard Kaloogian (74th AD), Bruce Thompson (66th AD), Susan Davis
(76th AD), Steve Baldwin (77th AD), Denise Ducheny (79th AD). Vote San
Diego 2000 needs to
start right now and make sure that the Reps hold the line and possibly
pick-up one seat.
Vote San Diego 2000 really needs a donated office so they can hook up
their computers and get cranking. Leave Jamie Langius an email message if you can
help by making some office space available. We need to start now.
