The term refers to the actual 'Output-Decision' that has finally been made by any momentary 'dynamic' of the Ground-State 'Landscape' of a Condensate of Incorporeality, which might also be called a 'point-of-criticality', if it is merely another 'input' for the next moment of processing by the 'dynamics' of that Landscape!
If it is more accurately an actual Output, then the term 'Perturbation' should more accurately apply!
