TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to Introduce FATHER JEROME (who was born Nelson Jerome Ra-U) as an Ordained Priest-Initiate Member of the Most Ancient Order of the OA/OWB (secularly known only as "The Ancient Order"), the oldest and largest Christian Spiritual Order in existence, with over 135 million Members worldwide. The Order is a non-secular, non-monetary organization, whose Members, adhering to Christ's admonition to "Do Unto Others, as You Would have Others Do Unto You!", practice that principle in their daily lives, GIVING of their Services without monetary compensation therefor, from either the Order or society at-large.
It is hereby REQUESTED that you might Please Accord Father Jerome due Professional Respect and Accommodation, as to the following:

If his need is to Serve you or your Organization, in the Provision of his Services unto you and yours, Grant that he be allowed to do so, in the maximum utilization and efficiency of that which he can so Provide to you and yours, in and of YOUR Services unto Others and all of Humanity. And Please, if he is so allowed to Serve, do not offer him recompense for his Services in any way, in that, as an Ordained Member of the OA/OWB, Under Vow of Poverty, he will not accept any form of monetary reimbursement for his Services. His DUTY is to SERVE all, in their needs, as he can so Provide, without any compensation therefor such Services.

If his need is for such as to enable his Services to Others, whatever such need may be, may you find it in your Heart and Soul to Provide for his Need, in order that, by doing so, you might thusly allow him to continue his Services to all.

As further Clarification of Father Jerome's present Services (as of the date of this document, March 23, 1998 A.D.), Father Jerome's current obligations are:

As a Permanent Volunteer, in the Operation of the Samaritan House Community Dining Room, located at 603 Monte Diablo Ave., San Mateo, Calif. (Westside Church of Christ), providing his Services thereto the Community, on Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

As a Permanent Volunteer (NOT affiliated with, or a member of, the Library Staff), at the San Mateo Main Library, 55 West Third Ave., San Mateo, Calif., where he uses the Library's Public-Access Computers, on Monday through Saturday weekly, from 10 AM to 3 PM, and on Sundays from 1 PM to 5 PM, enabling his free-access to the InterNet and in the Provision OF:

The SAN MATEO MINISTRY, an Educational and Inspirational WEBSITE, at: http://www.angelfire.com/ca/sanmateoissues/SanMateoMinistry.html, by which Father Jerome Provides limited personal Services to the homeless of San Mateo County, California.

The TRUTH/TRUST MINISTRY and the HOMELESS QUANTUM, both Educational and Inspirational WEBSITES (actually 5 Websites, worldwide, located in Germany, England, and 3 in the U.S.), with the main Website located at: http://www.angelfire.com/ca/sanmateoissues/Quantum.html, by which Father Jerome Provides his Services WORLDWIDE to both homeless and non-homeless intellectual persons of INTEGRITY and GOOD-WILL to Others and all. (The overriding Principle in all of Father Jerome's Ministries and Services, to the homeless and non-homeless alike, is the Golden Rule: "Do Unto Others, as You Would have Others Do Unto You!")

Additionally, Father Jerome has recently inaugurated a science and philosophy education Website, providing Scientific Research and Educational information to the General Public, at: http://go.to/QUFD.
