Saturday: Arrival at the Indian Village. Our program starts with a short overview of the program. Dinner and overnight.
Sunday: After breakfast we visit the Shuswap Museum, which give us an insight into the culture of the Natives - the Shuswap People. In the afternoon a Native introduce the participants in the history and culture of the Shuswap Nation.
Monday: Day trip with the canoe on the Thompson River. You would enjoy the scenery, take breaks for lunch and swimming. The evening is planned by a cozy campfire.
Tuesday: The Full day Visit at the Wells Gray Parkgive you the opportunitie to enjoy the nature’s peace.
Wednesday: We meet our guide at the begin of the education Trail. We start our half day hike in the North Thompson Indian Reseve to learn about the plants and the Native living in the area. During the workshop in the afternoon all participants have the opportunity to learn how to make their own Dreamcatcher – a nice experience and souvenier.
Thursday: Today we enjoy the great Whitewater at the Clearwater River. Rafting at his best. In the afternoon we take a workshop about beedworks and try to make a ear-ring.
Friday: During the workshop in the morning all participants have the opportunity to learn how to make their own Dreamcatcher - a nice experience and souvenier. There is an opportunity for an optional mountainbike trip, leisurely hike or just relaxing. After a delicious BBQ (steak or salmon - seasonal) the farewell party at the campfire can start.
Saturday: Departure after breakfast or a day's rest for people who join us for another week.
