Malachite: Master, I trust that you recieved the energy from the latest attack.
The Negaforce Entity: Don't sound so smug you idiot!!! I told you to handle the Moon Warrior problem! The only reason I recieved that energy is because you were lucky.
M: b, but Master. It would appear that he is no longer associated the scouts and the princess. They did not appear to recognize him, and he minced no words with them. It may very well be that he no longer has his memory, just as the scouts have lost theirs.
TNE: Hmmm. If he does not remember whohe is, then he may not know that he alone can undo what I have planned. Do you know his human identity yet?
M: No, my Master. There is one who looks somewhat like him, but he is built differently and acts nothing like our quarry. The scouts all retained some of their personality. This makes my current candidate very unlikely.
TNE: Then I must still intrust you with the plan I have devised to flush the Moon Warrior out myself. You will send more than one monster to Earth at one time. You will also no longer confine yourself to creatures that only the current scouts have defeated. You will use ALL the creatures of this realm. You shall then make the tasks these fools perform increasingly difficult until it leaves Moon Warrior fighting alone. Once he is alone, you shall take a small leigion of my most powerful warriors and destroy him.
M: It is a fine plan, my Master. But, May I have the honor of destroying him. I owe the man a great deal of suffering.
TNE: I will consider it. Now send two creatures to earth and let the tests begin!!!
M: Yes, 'm lord. Cardian Nachrid and youma(negaverse monster) Black Widow, come forth!!!
[TITLE SCREEN]
{Luna and Artemis are on the roof of the Crown Game Center to have a clandestine meeting away from the scouts to discuss special buisness}
Arttemis: What's this meeting all about, Luna? Did you finally decide to pledge undying love for me?
Luna: Give me a break! You know why we're here.
A: {knowingly and reserved} Moon Warrior. Do you think it could be him?
L: I don't see how. He wasn't even on the moon at the time of the attack. {confused} But those powers...
A: They do look like his handywork.
L: You'd be the one to know. You were originally the guardian for the boys, not me.
A: Yeah. Wouldn't Darian and Mina freak if they knew that I should by all rights be living with HIM!{Chuckles}
L: I'll say they would. {pauses then breaks the silence} Do YOU think it's him?
A: I honestly don't know. The attacks are the same, but with that mask on, who can say? I do know that the attitude is all wrong. This guy is reserved. HE doesn't look like he's out to prove himself. That isn't what either of us remember from the Moon Kingdom.
L: I guess all we can do for now is wait and see. If it is him, he's probably follwing the same pattern that Darian did at first. Uncontrollable transformations, nightmares, and a way of alway being near the scouts.
A: If it IS him, at least I know to use the Lunar Mind Meld to restore his memory off the bat.
{The bell of a clock tower rings four times} L: It's four o'clock already? We'd better get to the meeting before Serena's detention is over. Remember, take a separate way back than me so they won't know we've been meeting behind their backs.
A: Don't you think you're being a tad drastic on the secrecy bit?
L: They went through the pain of losing him once, Artemis. I would spare them memories of that pain until we know for sure.
{at the shrine, The girls have been waiting for the cats for nearly 45 minutes}
Serena: I can't believe this! The one time I don't get a detention and make it to a meeting on time, and the cats are late.
Raye: I guess Luna's been around you too long. Although I can't figure out Artemis' reason for being late.
Mina: {Mina jumps right in as Serena and Raye begin to argue again} Artemis said he'd probably be late. He had some things to do?
Amy: What kind of things?
Lita: Yeah, what kind of errands does a cat have to run?
M: I don't know... cat things?
L: Hey you don't suppose their on a date, do you? After all, Diana IS their kitten from the future.
{The sound of that suggestion silences Serena and Raye. All the girls then look at each other for a second, and laugh histerically. As the laughter dies down one voice is still laughing off in the distance. It sounds like a male equivalent to Serena's laughter.}
A: Where on earth is that laughter coming from?
R:{slightly annoyed} That's just John. I lent him some of my comic books.
M: John? Really? It's hard to picture him laughing. Much less at a Sailor-V comic.
R: Tell me about it. One morning he finished his chores early again, so I suggested he take little break. I said he needed to lighten up and smile more often. So I lent him a comic book to try to get a chuckle out of him. The next thing I know he's borrowing a comic every free second he gets and braying like a donkey. Sometimes he laghs so loud, I think Serena is here.
S: What do mean by that?
R: I mean that the more I get to know him, the more he reminds me of you.
S: What's wrong with being like me?
Lita:{trying to avoid another arguement} So what's the hot buzz this guy? Does he have a girlfriend yet?
R: Why, Lita? Are you looking for another one?
L: Maybe.
M: Then why don't you go talk to him. You've never been shy about chasing a guy before.
L: I don't know why I don't go talk to him. Every time I try to I get all shy and clammy.
R: You? Shy with a guy? It must be true love.
L: I mean it's like I have no control over it. Like I want him to ask me out in some formal way.
A: Maybe it's you're princess upbringing surfacing. You were the princess of Jupiter, after all.
S: I don't buy that for one minute. I'm a princess and I was never shy around guys.
R: Oh, please! The only guy you've ever even been with is Darien. It's not like you have a lot of experience in these things. Listen, Lita, he and I have been talking alot and we're getting kind of close...{everyone looks at Raye with shock except Lita who looks about ready to cry}...No,no,no. Not that type of close. I mean that we're becoming good friends, that's all. It's a buddy type of thing. Anyway I was suggesting that I go talk to him and see what he thinks about you. That way you can know if he's interested and take some pressure off.
L: I guess that sounds okay. Just be tactful about it, alright.
R: I'm always tactful.
S: {under her breath} Yeah, right. About as tactful as a freight train.
[Artemis arrives]
Art: What are you ladies up to on this fine afternoon.
S: Oh just yakking.
Art: About?
M: Oh, date things. I'm sure YOU understand, Artemis.
Art: Huh? What are you talking about?
L: Well, we figured the only reason for you and Luna to be late is that the two of you were on a date someplace.
Art: Whaaat? I wish! The last time I even talked to Luna was over the communicator this morning when she reminded me about the meeting after you girls got out of school.
Amy: Then where were you all day? We were getting worried.
Art: Et tu' Mecury? If you must know I went off to think about the negaverse attacks and our new "friend" Moon Warrior. I meant to be here early, but...I lost track of time. I'm sorry?
M: That's okay, old friend. Luna isn't even here yet.
Luna: Yes, I am.
S: It's about time, Luna. Where have you been?
Luna: I don't have to answer to you. You answer to me. I'm the guardian around here young lady.
Mina: Give it up Luna, Artemis told us what you two were up to.
Luna: What!!! [Artemis shakes his head to say he did not] What are you girls talking about?
Lita: The hot date you and Art had today, what else?
Luna: I see that Artemis is delusional if he made up a foolish story like that. Honestly, I fell asleep. I guess I've been living with Serena too long.
{everone laughs but Serena, who is clearly miffed. Suddenly a scream is heard from John's room at the other end of the Temple. The others immediately rush to his room and find John collapsed on the floor, clutching his mid-section, sweating and in pain. His face is turned away from them, so they are unaware of the crescent moon that has appeared on his forehead.} J: Pain. What's happeni...ugn..ng to me. AAAaaarrgrgrgghghghghghghhhhh.
R: That's it, we're taking you to a hospital. I don't think we'll buy the pizza excuse this time. Lita, help me get him to his feet.
J: No. No doctors. I'll be alri..hgn..ght.
S: I really think you should listen to Raye on this one, John.
J: NO! {as he says this he faces the group. Thye all clearly see the crescent moon on his forehead and gasp.}
Artemis: I think we have a winner.
Luna: Yeah, for the are you Moon Warrior Sweepstakes.
{The girls all look at Luna and Artemis. First because they talked in front of a stranger, and second because of what they said. The cats then explain what their meeting was about, except for who they think Moon Warrior is.} Luna: Anyway, we have to get some control over this. {Luna does her signature backflip, producing a golden ring with a brilliant blue gemstone in the center of it. Embedded in the gem is a crescent moon.} Put this on him. {the ring is a perfect fit.} Now, John, say Moon Crystal Power!!!
J: mmmMoon...ccc..ccccrystal........Power
