Here's the Scoop on a Major Collection That Sold Here Between 5/26/01 and 7/29/05!
One of the "top 5" collectors of Maynard Ferguson albums in the U.S. asked me to help him dispose of his life-long collection in May 2001. There were things
in this collection that I'd never seen before. He first heard Maynard with the Stan Kenton Orchestra back in 1950, and that same year began collecting records
with Maynard on them. It didn't take long for him to get totally hooked, and he devoted a lifetime to buying, cataloging, and collecting MF material. This
gentleman was extremely fond of acquiring MF autographs, as well. A great percentage of the items in his collection were beautifully autographed by Maynard.
I'm leaving the results of this sale on the website for future reference.
