"Up, Down And Touch The Ground"

When I up, down and touch the ground
it puts me in the mood.
Up, down and touch the ground
in the mood for food!

I am stout, round, and I have found,
speaking poundage wise, I improve
my appetite when I exercise!

I am short, fat, and proud of that.
And so, with all my might
I up, down and up, down to
my appetite's delight!

While I up, down and touch the ground
I think of things to chew.
With a hefty happy appetite.
I'm a herty happy Pooh!

When I up, down and touch the ground
it puts me in the mood.
Up, down and touch the ground
in the moode for food!

I am stout, round, and I have found,
speaking poundage wise,
I improve my appetite
when I exercise

"Could you ask your friend to do his exercises somewhere else.
I shall be having lunch directly, and don't want it bounced on
just before I begin. A trifiling matter, and fussy of me,
but we all have our little ways."
--The House At Pooh Corner--

"If Eeyore stood at the bottom of the tree, and if Pooh stood
on Eeyore's back, and if I stood on Pooh's shoulders" "And if
Eeyore's back snapped suddenly, then we could all laugh. Ha Ha!
Amusing in q quiet way," said Eeyore, "but not really helpful."
--The House At Pooh Corner--

Pooh said, "Let's go and see Kanga and Roo and Tigger," and
Piglet said, "Y-Yes L-Let''s" - because he was still a little
anxious about Tigger, who was a Very Bouncy Animal, with a way
of saying How-do-you-do, which always left your ears full of sand.
--The House At Pooh Corner--

"Rabbit's clever,"said Pooh thoughtfully.
"Yes," said Piglet, "Rabbit's clever."
"And he has brain." "Yes," said Piglet, "Rabbit has Brain."
There was a long silence.
"I suppose," said Pooh, "that that's why
he never understands anything."
--The House at Pooh Corner--

Then he thought another long time, and said;"And the only
reason for being a bee that I know of is making honey." And then
he got up, and said; "And the only reason I know for making
honey is so as I can eat it."
--Winnie The Pooh--

"You can't help respecting anybody who can
spell Tuesday, even if he doesn't spell it right."
--Rabbit--

"And we must all bring provisions."
"Bring What?"
"Things to eat."
"Oh!" said Pooh happily, "I thought you said Provisions.
I'll go and tell them." And he stumped off.
--Winnie-the-Pooh--

"After all, what are birthdays?
Here today and gone tomorrow."
--Eeyore--

"I don't hold with all the washing,"
grumbled Eeyore.
"This modern Behind-the-ears nonsense."
--Eeyore--
