May DreamsJustin came by to pick me up in Bonavista. It was cold outside. Stacy was up in front of his car, and Tiiu and Alyson were in back. I sat on the left side in the back. We drove around.
Then I came home early (11:30pm) and mom and dad were asleep. I went in my room and put lots of gook (mud mask or noxema or something like that) on my face.(It was white) Then I looked out the window. Around 2am, I was still looking out teh window, when a woman was leaving church which was across the street and getting in to her car. She had a scarf tied around her head and had curlers in.
I kept looking out int eh hopes of scaring her by making her look up in the window and seeing me (who looked like a ghost). But she didn't.
The whole time I kept thinking mom and dad can't get mad at me because I was home early
May 10, 1999
I went to a party at Lee-Ann Vincents. She had bleached her brown hair blondand became a tramp. Mr. Vincent, her dad and my old teacher, had more gray hair and looked older.
Everyone from my old class at Vaters was there and they were all still religious. I went there drunk and stuff and everyone was looking at me. I didn't care.
May 11, 1999
I went home for the weekend except home was in St. John's. Mom was gone away to Val's. I went out with everyone and got drunk and stuff. We drove around Vaters Academy (Melissa Abbotts sister had picked us up) and all of a sudden it was 3am (2:56am to be exact). Everyone was about to go to the Crazy Horse but I was afraid and said I wanted to go home.
I thought dad would be asleep, but he was looking out the window waiting when I came in. I was afraid I'd get caught.
He gave me a hug and then went to bed. I looked in the mirror in the bedroom and I was drunk, I could see it in my eyes. Our house was on Larkhall Street.
The feeling was loneliness and fear
May 12
I went to Val's house except it was in Paradise next to the road so that you could see across the pond and see cars driving on Manuels road.(Like going around Georges Brook)
I dont know if it was the stove, dishwasher, or washing machine, but a big lightening flash came out and the house was beginning to catch on fire.
I had my stuff moved in there. We all got out (and her kids)and when we did get out Val told me to go in and get Andrews shoes. I wasn't going to. I protested, but I did it, and grabbed a bunch of other things too.(like their toys and some of my stuff)
Then she went in for some stuff and I went in again. We got everything out of the house and when we did the fire stopped and the place was safe.
Then in my dream it jumped to being in the house again. I had my own room and an oak desk. I looked out the window and saw Mark in a Volkswagon (old rusty one) with Amanda. He didn't see me.
Robin, Holly, and Deana came to visit. I ignored Holly, and said hi to Deana (she just looked at me and said nothing) and I gave Robin a hug. Her hair was very long and curly.
They came in and we talked (me and Robin). She asked if I had a sticker. I gave her a small blue mickey mouse one and she stuck it on her necklace. She was happy she had it.
I remember showing them alot of knick knacks that I had when I was young like Gimp Bracelets, and popsicle stick jewellry boxes. I had oak bunkbeds, Robin said she had to leave soon.
She said next time she hoped to come to St. Johns (so obviously, we weren't in St. John's then). We then went outside and said goodbye.
