Started with a small and warm community that include not only cyclist, but also other students of Universitas Jenderal Ahmad Yani who would gave regular visit to KPS headquarter that reside next to the office of Students Uniteds of Universitas Jenderal Ahmad Yani.

KPS located in campus of Universitas Jendral Ahmad Yani at Jl. Gatot Subroto Bandung.

It has 3 periods of established organization, hence it is more than a community now. With the new organizer periods start effectively at November 5th, 1999, the new chief of KPS, Widia Bagja will start to develop KPS in the new direction.
