Ever thought that our beloved Cybertronians had a few series produced for the
U.S. audience only? Well...such is not the case. When the last few episodes of
the Transformers aired in 1987, the series continued on in Japan right until 1990.
Then in 1996 another new spin-off began production in Canada, with still more begun
in Japan in the late 1990's. All of these series' eps counted together amount to
more than 350 episodes, far more than many animated and prime-time programs
have ever reached. And more episodes are still on the way! Here is a complete
listing of all the series that I've compiled from several sources. This list is *my*
version of all the programs so you don't have to agree with what I have here.

Transformers: Original Animated Video (OAV)
- Scramble city pilot
*note: this was released only in Japan. Since the movie wasn't shown in 1986
over there, this OAV was made to connect the pre and post movie series. This
was going to be the 1st episode of a new series of Transformers but got cancelled
in favor of the series that take place after the events of the movie.
Transformers: the Movie - 1986
- Matrix forever part 1
- Matrix forever part 2

for continuity's sake. So, I ended up dividing TFTM into a "to be continued" 4-part
miniseries. This is just me, of course and unofficial. By the way, "Matrix forever"
is how the movie is known in Japan.
