Personal CaliforniaCare is a health maintenance organization developed by Blue Cross of California and CaliforniaCare Health Plans.

CaliforniaCare offers you a network for more than 21,000 physicians and 315 hospitals in California.
You can choose from two options:
CaliforniaCare:
No deductible
$10 co-payment for doctor visits
$8 co-payment for prescriptions
100% coverage for many services including hospitalization, maternity, organ transplants, mental or nervous disorders, rehabilitative care, ambulance, and skilled nursing facilities (for as many as 100 days)
No claim forms
CaliforniaCare Savertm:
Same benefits as CaliforniaCare. $10 per doctor visit.
$1,500 annual deductible applicable to only inpatient and outpatient hospital services, home health care, ambulance, durable medical equipment, hemodialysis facility charges, emergency room charges, and skilled nursing facility stays.
