House Republicans Eke Out Budget Cut

The budget bill would slice almost $50 billion from the deficit by the end of the decade by cutting back Medicaid, food stamps and student loan subsidies, while a future bill slated for vote later this year will continue tax cuts to the top wealthiest of Americans.

I guess that's the Christian way of doing things.
