Acquired June 1st, 1954. 500-series roster numbers were just for accounting purposes, and only 515, 519 and 525 actually had numbers applied. None of these buses were repainted into TTC colours (most didn't even have a crest applied) although a few were operated for almost two years. 1700-series buses were integrated into the regular TTC fleet.
