The Child-Rapist Who Continues to "Get-Off" The Hook!
I want to thank everyone again who decided to come to this site. You will not regret it. My name is Daniel and I am 22 years of age. I have a story to tell about myself, but mainly about my sister who turned 10 on March 25, 1998. I love my sister very much and am very scared for her, but I haven't seen her for 9 months. Let me try to tell you exactly why that is so significant. My sister was born March 25, 1988. That was ten years ago. I have always been there to love her, care for her, and protect her every single day for 9 1/2 years until September 26, 1997, when our mother kicked me out of the house for calling the police on her boyfriend, the man who raped my little sister. I called the police after several urgent requests by my sister. Since then a lot has happened and most of it has not been in my sister's best interest. For instance, I hired a lawyer who stated very strongly that she would not "drop the ball". Well, she "dropped the ball"! For some reason she decided to turn around and run with her tail between her legs and her back very, very yellow! Why? I cannot answer that. It puzzles me, but then I remember that she's a lawyer. Next I contacted the Child Abuse Division for the District Attorney. I finally got someone's attention. I was contacted by the head of the Child Abuse Division and was told that because it was out of her personal jurisdiction she would have to assign it to a detective in Los Angeles and turn it over to the local Child Abuse division which is in Norwalk. Out of all the people who have been involved and who said that they care and that all they want to do is help and that they won't "drop the ball", the only person that I can commend so far is the detective who was assigned to the case. He really pulled through for me and my sister. He gathered enough evidence and was then able to turn it over to the Norwalk Child Abuse Division for the D.A. The D.A decided to prosecute. But, alas, I was in despair when I found out exactly what the head of the Norwalk Child Abuse division for the D.A. had proposed to do. Nothing! She set up a plea bargain for the guy who sexually molested my 10 year old sister! If he pleads guilty then all he will receive will be five years probation and he will be a registered sex offender. In other words, he is going to get off scott free! The head of the Norwalk Child Abuse Divison for the D.A. told me that the reason that the child-molestor in question will be getting off scott free is because the actual crime happened a few years ago. But a felony was committed! There is no statute of limitations for a felony such as child-molestation! So why is there now and all of a sudden? No one seems to want to answer my question! I am in the process of exposing this whole situation. Have any of you heard the phrase "Government Corruption"? That's exactly what this is! The "System" isn't here to help anybody! If that were so then my sister would be right here beside me and you certainly wouldn't be reading this right now! I don't know what else to say. By my sister's strong request of me, and by my promise to myself and her, I am doing everything to help my sister and will not risk getting into trouble with the law while I am at it.

First of all I want to show you the immediate "People involved" that have made this tragedy possible. Believe me, if I had my choice this would never, ever have happened.
When I first started learning what I was going up against I decided that it would be a good idea to document everything. And so I did. Here is the Outline of Events that covers everything up until September 26, 1997.
Next I would like you to take a look at some hard facts that I have accumulated over a period of time. Remember, I lived with my mother for 21 years up until she threw me out on September 26, 1997.
Here are some More Facts that I would like you to look at that concern the lifestyle that we all had to put up with while living in that house with our mother in Los Angeles.
The four following Facts about the atmosphere/environment in which my sister and all of my siblings live in have not been given any due attention by the mother, the land-lady, or even the Social Worker.
These facts tell you exactly who knows the current situation and who will not, for some reason or another, help my Sister.
Here are some questions that I can't help asking myself and others, yet for reasons unknown, these questions remain ignored or unanswered. Why? What am I missing? Why is there difficulty with finding the answers to these very important Final Questions of mine?
I want to thank all of you who have made it this far. I have accomplished everything that I know of legally. I hired a lawyer who in turn filed a 388 petition that will be available to people who can help and who can be trusted. What I have in mind now is to make all parents, taxpayers, and all of the general public aware of what is really going on with our "system". We put our faith in it assuming that it will protect our children, when in reality, we've all been misled and deceived. The system only does things in the name of "protecting children", but they in turn scar our children for life. I hope you have read or will read about it on this web page, and please decide for yourself. My number one reason for going this far is, of course, to get my dearest, my only sister out of harm's way and out of danger. I love my sister very much and am extremely scared for her, and of course, I want nothing else than to help her to the fullest; as I always have. One very important and unfortunate fact remains:
Because so much time has been taken in this matter without any consideration to my sister, my sister is falling victim to constantly being brainwashed day in and day out by her mother, the rapist, and of course, the family counselor and the social worker. Please help my sister and me bring this utterly unjust matter to a screeching halt; in order to ensure my sister's safety and promise of bringing all her dreams to fruition. --Thank you!
