Once upon a time, there was a happy, smiley carnival.  It was run by a Mr. Jin Saotome, and it was a very happy, smiley place.
 
 
 

The people were happy.
 
 
 
 

However, there was a dark secret to the carnival...hidden deep within was a scary, freaky FREAK SHOW!  Jin tried to keep it a secret, but eventually the people found out about it, and the Freak Show Annihilators came to do their business.
 
 
 
 

The people were sad.
 
 
 
 

Jin couldn't do anything about it, so he ran off, leaving his cousin Shin-Boy do deal with things.  Shin-Boy couldn't do anything, so he hid in a bomb shelter instead.  The Freak Show Annihilators unleashed a Freak Show Destruction Bomb (tm) on the carnival, blowing it to smithereens.
 
 
 
 

The people were dead.
 
 
 
 

Nothing was left of the former carnival...nothing.  Shin-boy came out of the shelter and looked about, and he could see nothing...all he could see was...Endlessly Clear White.
