2005 RHA Halloween Hall Decorating Contest!
With Halloween quickly approaching, participate in an event that can showcase both your holiday spirit and creativity! Cover your hall in the best Halloween-themed decorations you can find and compete against other floors for a chance to win the grand prize.
Judging will be held on Sunday, October 30th starting at noon. Halls may sign up for a preferred judging time and RHA will do our best to cater to your preferences.Also, as RA, please take care to enforce the Rules and Regulations that come attached with the Registration Packet. Your hall will be disqualified if any of the rules are broken.
And now for the part that everyone was waiting for...
The winning hall will recieve a floor pizza party and evening of relaxation in RITchies, courtesy of RHA!
Time is running out! Start decorating your halls and don't forget to REGISTER! Your hall will not be judged if you don't turn in an application!

| Hall Judging Criteria
Currently, the following criteria have been selected to assist with the judging process:
1. Creativity
2. Scariness
3. Diversity
4. Amount of time and effort put into decorating
5. Thoroughness of Decorating

Registering Your Hall
Applications are to be filled out exclusively by you, the RA. You can find the application form on our website. Please return the application to the RHA office located in the tunnels between Gleason and Gracies. RA's will be allowed to register until Thursday, October 27th at 6pm.
