Seated Techniques

Seated techniques or suwariwaza techniques were devolped by the samurai warriors as a way to control acts of violance when in Seiza.
When in the pressence of their superiors it was taken as an insult to rise to their feet and so they devolped techniques so that they could restrain any attackers while remaining seated.

Ki Hon / Ki Jon / Ki No Nagare
