1. Hold one end of the belt on your hip bone.
2. Wrap the belt around your body.
3. Hold the belt in position and wrap it round a second time.
4. Adjust the belt so the loose ends are of equal length.
5. Fold loose end 'b' under the belt.
6. Hold loose end 'b' in position while folding loose end 'a' through the two sections of belt.
7. Put loose end 'a' through the loop made by loose end 'b'.
8. Pull the two ends to tighten.
9. Your completed belt.
