What I Learned

Team Work

We learned that we had to have team work to get things done easier and quickly. Team work can make work much more exciting. Working in groups can make things go easier too. Team work is an easy thing to do and really helps too.

Job Employment

When going for a job or hired. You need to know your respect. You also need to be responsible and obey people in a higher class than you. We learned how to have a better chance of getting a job also. When going to the interview, we must dress up nicely to impress how you really are.

Organization

I learned to organize myself by writing in my planner everyday. I also put my stuff away in my binder so then I won’t lose it. Keeping myself organize saves me time from trying to look for things I need. Keeping myself organize also keeps me on track so then I’ll know what I am suppose to do. Organization is a really good thing to do if you’re not an organize person.

Typing a newsletter contained many stuff. We needed a byline, date line, headers and footers, know the use of boxes and many more. We had to type up new news that was recently updated. Adding pictures on newsletter helped brighten up the newsletter and make it look more exciting to read.

Power Point

We had to learn how to do power point so then we could present our site. We can giver an example of how our website is going to look like. Doing your presentation can give a clue on how your presentation is going to look like. This is why the program power point is so good, it’s also really easy to use.

Knowing The Pass Of The Internet

In 1970’s a virus went on Japan, Korea, and the United States. These were the states that the virus affected. The word internet came up by combining the word interconnection and network. In the internet you can search for almost anything you want to look at. The internet is something that is most known to be used.

E-mail

In this class, I’ve learned to create my own e- mail and what the use of e-mail is. We use the e-mail to communicate with others. We can send or receive e- mails. This is an electronic mail. I personally thinks that e-mails saves you money and is fun to use.

Paint

In the program paint. We had to learn how to make our own image for the site. It wouldn’t be boring and realistic like the other websites. It’ll draw more attention and win more customers.

Flow Chart

We had to learn how to make a flow chart in order for the people to know what was in the site or what we have. The flowchart says everything that is on the website. It is like a table of contents.

Instant Messaging

We learned how to install programs when we downloaded the yahoo messenger. When we downloaded it we had to install it. We had to go through some steps so then we could use the yahoo instant message.

Search Engines

Search engine is a search that helps you find what you need to look for. It gives you a list of what you are looking for. This helped us find the stuff we needed for our web site a lot faster. For example, google search is a search that helps you find what you are looking for.

HTML

In HTML we learned to type up codes so then it will show up on our travel the world web page. You need to know this so then you can add pictures, make your font size bigger, make a table, and make a link. You have to know HTML to do all this on your website.

Asian Avenue

In this site, I learned how to make my first web page. It was difficult at first but easier when you got use to it. This was the first step of using the html. The html helped design my web page. Asian avenue was easy to use because of all the labels they put in. This to me was a pretty good start to know how to make your own web site.

Culture Web Page

I did a culture web page in Asian avenue. I learned some new stuff about my people. I learned about how they survive. How the marriage goes and what they do on marriages. They live in small house made out of banana leaves. They have to farm for there vegetables. Most of the people in Thailand are very poor and cannot afford to pay for food. They also had to make there own clothes. These people were called hmong.

Travel The World Web Page

This is a site that we made in our class. We learned how to persuade people into buying our tickets and make special boat cruise or special offer for a really cheap price.

Summary

I have learned a lot of things in this class. This class can be challenging sometime if you don’t pay attention or don’t read. This class for me requires a lot of work. The best thing I like about this class is knowing the basic html. This was one of the newest thing that I have learned in this class.
