I have been designing wooden and string puzzles and adapting traditional games for the past fifteen years, developing the range with at least ten new puzzles produced each year. The range covers the most basic to the most complex and plenty in between, all with full instructions and where appropriate solutions. The web site is not secure but you can print off the order form and send in your order, paying by either Switch, credit card or cheque, delivery is usually within five to ten days depending on the payment method. Spend a little time browsing, think of the person you wish to tease or challenge yourself to the various levels of logical thinking, whatever your interest, puzzles can be fun.

Puzzles are either things that challenge the mind and test the brain, or totally frustrate to the degree of throwing it out the window.

Most people that I meet in my travels approach a puzzle by fiddling with it, to various degrees of frustration. My approach is a little more logical: examine the component parts and understand why they are there, determine the objective and then test the various routes towards the solution.

Even when the puzzle is solved, the same level of enjoyment can be had by watching your friends attempt to solve it, with the knowledge that “you know how”! Leave them around the house, and you will find visitors and friends playing with them.

All puzzles listed have full instructions and contain a sealed envelope with the solution where appropriate. Puzzles are graded in difficulty 1-20, 1 being the easiest to solve.
