The Red Eye Treefrog
Description:
The red eye treefrog has bright red eyes with blue, green and yellow stripes on its side. This is probably the most beautiful species of treefrogs.
Habitat:
These frogs are housed well in tall aquariums. With lots of branches and plants to hide and climb on. The temperature should be about 78-85° during the day and about 66 to 77° at night. The humidity should be very high so mist about 2-3 times a day. A tank that is 20 gallons or more will be fine for these frogs.
Diet:
These frogs mainly eat crickets as there main source of nutrition. Dust the crickets once a week. About 20 crickets for a frog per week should be fine.
