Guinea Pigs and why to get one as a pet

Guinea pigs are in the rodent family like hamsters and gerbils. Their signs of hunger or thirst is when they do a little guinea pig scream of hunger or thirst so you should always check for clean food and new water if they do not have any water left. Guniea pigs eat lettuce, carrots, apples, celery, and dandilion leaves and make sure that the dandilions do not have any chemicals or else your guinea pig could get sick and die.

Guinea pigs MUST be handled carefully  because if you handle them roughfully then your guniea pig could get mean if you tease it alot or if you do one thing that was really really mean then it would only love the people or person that feeds the guinea pig(s).

There are some guinea pigs that look like thet just woke up from a tough night of sleep, but you do not have to worry about their hair because that's the way some guinea pigs are born. Other guinea pigs may have a little bit  of bed head hair and some do not even have any of it on them.

Guinea pigs sometimes can be pregnant at an early age or when you get one as a pet because guinea pigs live for only about several to about ten years old.  Guinea pigs also live inn the wild in Ecuador. In Ecuador people think that guinea pigs are pests and if they catch one they do not keep the guinea pig  as a pet they eat it for breakfast, lunch,or dinner.

The reason why I encourage you  to get a guinea pig as apet is because if you are a single child or a lonely adult that wants the perfect pet that is just right for you then you should get a guinea pig thepet that snuggles with you and if it is happy sometimes the guinea pig(s) with purr or sound like a little cute guinea pig giggle.
