Well, it was a beautiful day on Sunday Jan. 16, 2000. It had been a week since AJ performed as Johnny Suede and me and my homegirls we going to the same exact spot. This sorta made up for us missing that performance :( Anyhow....Karensa, Shanna, Kid Nicky and I left Jacksonville @ noon and we arrived in O-town at 1:30pm. That was like a record for us! On the way, we saw a truck crash into the trees on its side and its boat went down I-4 for like 20 feet. SCARY!
We had lunch at the ALEHOUSE and it was yummy. Kid Nicky was obsessed that the host was related to Raul, but she was a little giddy about our concert! So, we made an emergency *gum & water* stop at Wal-Green's and then headed off to Universal City Walk! Since Alehouse is like across the street from it, we arrived in a heartbeat. I hated paying $7 for parking, but thats life. UGH! You know what sucked? We were 5 min late getting to Hard Rock Live cuz the first 20 ppl got Meet N Greet passes. It wasn't that much of a biggie cuz we have already met Innosense and C Note plenty times before. What was cool about Hard Rock was that was could see Innosense doing their soundcheck by looking thru the glass door at the souvenier shop. I think Lynn Harless was watching them too, but we couldn't see her face. Its a mystery!
I must say that lots of peeps who are members of our AOL Newsletter, BOYBAND TRASH,recognized us and said HELLO. We majorly hung out with Megan (who runs LANCE IS FROM MISSISSIPPI) and she's cooler than Alaska!I must admit that CNOTE fans are da bomb. I've never had that much fun at any other concert in my life...just chillin outside the venue with fans. We all talked about other Boybands of course and kept talking about how cool they were for living in Orlando. ::sigh::
Enough of my rambling...you all wanna know about the concert, huh? First off, we were FRONT ROW yet again. We were pressed up against the stage and Kid Nicky was spazzing cuz Brian was on that stage just 7 days earlier! A few local groups came out who were cheesier than EYC. I mean, they cut the cake. We saw Julie Fontaine, Vivid, SoFLuiD, and Horizon. Actually, Horizon had more talent and I enjoyed watching them cuz they could sing & dance. When Innosense came out, I was flipping out. I had never seen them upclose, but they are so much better than I imagined! Danay has the best voice...its so pretty. They can all dance and shake their bon bons. I kept yelling their names and they would smile and wave. I think Jenny thought I was psycho :P

After all that, all the artists came out and sang 2 songs kinda like "Children Need A Helping Hand" and "Let The Music Heal Your Soul"....ya know?
Hope ya enjoyed it! :)
