Its been a long time since we last went to Orlando, and it was fitting that INNOSENSE would lure us for another visit! They are on tour with ROCK THE MALL which is sponsored by Pepsi & Sam Goody.I heard they were gonna be at the Altamonte Mall just outside of Orlando, so away we went!
We left in the morning on Tuesday, October 3rd and arrived at the mall just in time for lunch! We had a very yummy feast at Chilli's and all we could think about was what to do. The concert didnt' start until 6pm and we had about 4 hours to cause havoc in Orlando. So after lunch, we went to the mall to see where exactly the concert was going to be held. Luckily for us, it was indoor at center stage and we grabbed a whole bunch of INNOSENSE stickers that were laying out! LOL So we decided to drive by JC and Joey's houses, Trans Con, and stroll down Internationa Drive. At 3pm, we headed back towards the mall to secure our place up near the stage.
When we got there, about 5 other girls were there. I knew one of them from online (Hey Kristen!) but the others were soooo annoying! The nasty girl was talking about how she hangs out with Justin (yeah right) and then she would give us nasty looks. Why? I dont know and I dont give a Howie's ass. Then we met a really nice girl named Monique (hey girl!) and she hung with us. She went to school with Mandy Moore and she's in a girl group herself called "Fetish". I would totally hang with her again cuz she was awesome and sooo funny! She was just like one of us!
Anyhow, before the concert began, we met Nikki DeLoach's grandma, played the Pepsi Challenge and then I won a free t-shirt and a gift certificate at the Pepsi Carnival. Then Monique nudges me on the arm and ask me who the black-haired guy is that is taking pics with girls. So I turn around and grab Kid Nicky. It was Steve Fatone! I had never met him (well, at the CFTC in Atlanta,but it was nothing) so I got my own picture taken with him,too! And the whole FATONE clan was there, including Steve's son, Nikelos who is so adorable. He's got the Fatone hair and charm! Mr. Fatone had a shirt on that said "THUG" and I just about died laughing!
Anyhow, the opening act came out. They are called DREAM and they sing that song "He Loves U Not" which I know you have heard on the radio. They are really young and talented,too. I was digging their jeans and I forgot to ask them at the meet n greet where they got them! So after they were done, Nikki Night from Orlando's XL 106.7 came out and chatted with the Fatone's and Trace Ayala ((Justin's best friend and Jenny's boyfriend)). They threw t-shirts at the crowd and Janine didn't give me one even though I called her name and she looked right at me. I even yelled "TRACE THIS!" and he didn't throw me one. But its all good, I would want it to be bedazzled anyways! LOL
So, Innosense came out and THEY KICKED ASS! We knew all the words to their songs and Mandy kept winking at us. Jenny was like "Hey cool!" And Nikki was jamming with us. She kept hanging out in front of us and she can SING! Nikki belted out "say no mooooooooooooore" and she held the last note for like 5 minutes! LOL.....the crowd was screaming their approval and even the rest of Innosense seemed proud of her!!!!!
