.......Pittsburgh Entertainment Weekly March 31, 2001 "Making The Wedding" The Backstreet Boys did it, why shouldn't O-Town? This past Sunday, Jacob Underwood and Dan Miller of the boyband O-Town were wed to their longtime girlfriends Janie and Cindy (last names withheld by the request of Bunim-Murray Productions). The joint wedding took place at New York City's historic St. Patrick's Cathedral. The ceremony was private, and the number of guests was limited to a few close friends and relatives. The newly wed couples had no time for a honey moon as the boys were scheduled to do promotional appearances in the UK during the entire next week. However, sources report that a week has been set aside at the end of April, and reservations have been made for a condo on a private beach in Hawaii. "The wedding was a dream come true," said Janie. "I've always known Jacob was the one, so we figured, 'Why wait? Let's do this!'" Miller also has similar sentiments. "Cindy and I are perfect for each other, and I want to be with her forever. I wanted to make these vows to give us something strong to keep us together through the next few years." Last year two of the Backstreet Boys, cousins Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell, tied the knot with their fiances, and as a result lost some of their ravid fans. Does O-Town fear the same fate? "I think some of the Backstreet mania died down because they were getting older and the younger girls couldn't relate to them as much," reports O-Town member Ashley Parker Angel. "We're all still young, and the fans have mostly been very supportive of Dan and Jacob's relationships. I think the fans will react positively to this. At least I hope so." Underwood, Miller, and Angel can be seen with the rest of O-Town, Erik-Michael Estrada and Trevor Penick, on the new season of their reality TV show "Making The Band" starting April 13th on ABC.
