~*Chapter 8*~

.....Angelina walked up the stairs to her room. "Oh Ash, I am so glad you are finally here." She was talking to her mouse. She looked at a picture on her dresser of Ashley and her and Shelli at Sea World. She had noticed Shell's pic on Ash's dresser, but not one of her. Well, of course she couldn't expect everything to be the same. Ashley was a singer now. Soon he'd be famous and forget her completly. "Of course he won't. Ashley would never ever do that." She tucked herself in and dreamed about her and Shell making cupcakes. "How odd!" She thought when she woke up. It was 6:00 - she had been at her house for 2 1/2 hours. There was a knock on her window. "Ashley Parker Angel! Get off that latice now! You are squishing the flowers." "Mornin Ang! Wanna come to rehersal today? It is our first one? Please? I am scared!" He flashed her a smile he knew she couldn't resist. "No fair! I have told you not to smile when you are trying to get me to do something. It isn't fair." Ashley put a frown on his face. "Better. Let me change out of my pj's and I'll be there in ten minutes." "Okay." She threw on a shirt that said SUGAR in pink writing with an elephant and a pair of tight fitting jeans. She did her makeup really fast and ran out her front door and to the guy's house. There she did Paul's, Mike's, Erik's and Jacob's hair.

.....Then she met Marc - their road manager. "Hi I'm Angelina. I am sure you've heard of me." "Hey, I'm Marc and actually - oof!" Ashley elbowed him in the stomach. "Owch man that hurt!" Ashley hadn't actually mentioned Ang yet. He didn't want her knowing it. So, they were at the studio on time. After the guys did breathing, they met TyJuan and did dancing. She wasn't allowed in the actual room that's got the glass window, but she learned the dance outside anyways. She was pretty good too. She noticed the guy who hadn't said a word to her - Ikaika? - wasn't doin so great. "Hey uh, Angelina, can you take Ikaika out there and go over the dance with him again?" "Sure TyJuan. Hey Ikaika! I love this dance. Okay, the real trick is to do it slowly. So you go 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5,6,7,8." Ikaika was getting it when the guys came out for lunch. They had pizza and discussed the hottest people in Hollywood and the music business. "Renee Ziliwager." "The girl from Titanic. No, the older one!" Angie sat listening to the debate until they started discussing the guys in Hollywood and the music business. Then she had a lot to say - "um, ooh Marc Blucas - you know, from Buffy, Ryan Phillipe, Ben Afflec, *NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, and then there is this hot new group - O-Town was it? Ohmygosh, those are THE hottest guys I have EVER seen!" Everyone threw their napkins at her. "What? What! They are HOT! AHH!" Then Trevor showed her the rest of the dance she had missed when she was with Ikaika. "Cool!" She was in modern dance (well, she was in Redding) and caught on quickly. Then it was home, and Ash invited her to go with them on the town. "Sure!"
