We decided to look over the wall at the buses, and it just happened that three black suburbans were pulling into the gated area. A second later Lance appeared. A girl screamed and he looked up at us and waved. Carly was on cloud nine, and she needed assistance going down the ramp.
We hung out at the Radio Disney booth most of the day. We tried to go to the Fan Bus, but nobody was there...i'm assuming they were showering! We also hung out with this upcoming group, Townsend. Townsend is a group of five guys from the Bay Area. Four of them used to work for the local radio station Wild 94.9 . We knew about them from one of the members, Ryan Torres. Lindsay has been in love with him for over a year. He's a hott boy and he's super sweet. We walked around with Townsend and chatted with Dominic Restrani. Dominic and his twin brother Nick are hott boys. Dominic is a flirt. Carly, Alicia and I preformed Bye Bye Bye in a dance contest for Radio Disney. Townsend were the judges. Dominic was the only guy who voted for us, but thats ok...it was fun. Actually Dominic bowed down to us or rather Carly..but anyway :)

Finally Lindsay showed up! She had to work :( Leticia and Jill showed up a little bit later. We all headed down to our seats...wow. We were in the 5th row. Actually I should say we WERE the 5th row, because there were so many of us. From left to right it was Megan, Carly, Alicia, Leticia, Jill, Me, Lindsay and Jack. Here is a quick over view of the opening acts preformances:
Professor Joey...um...yeah. If that's what Joey looks like in the future...lol Loved when Joey sniffed the flowers..It was cute. I could have done without the whole story of how they got together...but loved the pictures and movies it had. Loved the picture of them after the demolished the classroom...looking all rock star.
I knew how they were gonna be revealed, so no big surprise. Pop was cool, I liked how they utilized both of the stages and the catwalk.
I used a whole roll of film by the time Tearin' Up My Heart and I Want You Back came on. I liked the way they mixed those two songs together, even though I had to change film and missed almost all of I Want You Back.
God Must Have Spent is a dead horse...quit trying to kick it...it's not gonna wake up....Love that song, but when something is dead let it lie.
Just the Two of Us...Heard the song before the concert and saw a rehearsal of it, so there was no big surprises. The dance is funny though...Who decided to do the slow motion part, because Lance sucks at it. He looks dumb...he looks like he's gonna fall over.
Space Cowboy...I had a brain fart and forgot they start the song for over the top of the stage, and I was looking all around for them until Lindsay had to point up and by the time I saw them they were halfway to the second stage. The mechanical bulls are awesome. I loved how they used the dance breakdown time to ride the bulls.
Chris' striptease...LMAO Carly peed her pants at this part j/k. We had a sign that said "Chris is Bootylicious". He saw it and turned his head to kind of chuckle. It was funny because he really couldn't see it at first and had to squint. Wear your glasses!! LOL It has to hurt when he flips himself over in the middle of the cat walk...cute touch though.

Gone...DAMN!! Loved the song the first time I saw it and everytime after that too. Never did see the whole silent movie before the song. Lance looked bored when he was singing it. According to Alicia and Carly, Joey fumbled with his mic in the middle and almost dropped it.Unfortunately it is heading down the road to God Must Have Spent-dom. It isn't even a single yet and its getting played out. Justin's air hump...O...M...G!!!! Even though he is ghetto fabulous, the air hump was beyond words. Loved when Chris came up behind Justin and hit him in the head.
NEW TOYS!! It's Gonna Be Me. Joey sat in front of us with a large teady bear and sucked his thumb...Justin in the little car was too much, it had me rolling. The bouncy balls should be illegal...too much...brain...in...overload. We knew Justin was gonna say "Its booty time",so we held up our sign that said that same phrase on it. So what does Justin do? He says "Get your freak on!" The VMA preformance remix was awesome, I love that version SOO much. The dancers totally added to the preformance. The audience participation thing was kinda lame, but it was fun. Our side won.
Booty shakin!! Joey was too funny during the band intros. I loved Up Against the Wall. Lance wouldn't stick and his eyes got wide when the dancer held him up there. JC did the cabbage patch...OLD SKOOL!!
Celebrity! The video was hilarious. "What are yooouuu doing?" The dancer playing JC's girlfriend was pure cheese. SUCH AS MANGO!! Chris reminds us of Chris Kattan's character Mango from Saturday Night Live.
Something Like You/Falling/Selfish Medley...kinda boring from far away. I love Falling...I had to buy the UK import of Celebrity just to end up with JC singing Chris' part!!. It is gonna be on the On the Line soundtrack. I hope Chris sings it on that cd.
No Strings Attached!!! My favorite song from the No Strings Attached album. The fireworks were kinda predictable...but still loved it.
Game is Over....Fwooop! It's soo cute. I didn't even realize that the dancers came up from the catwalk until they were almost all the way there. ByeByeBye...we left before it was over to do a bus run. We got on the freeway and we weren't too far behind the bus. Actually, we ended up in front of them! Leticia was behind them, but somehow got separated from them. In San Francisco, Leticia found Sugar Ray's bus, but not Nsync. We drove around San Francisco for a while before we gave up and went home.
Oh what fun, day one.
