Carly and I are on our routine trip to Las Vegas to see Nsync. Everyone else claims to be too poor to go, so its just the two of us. LOL. Lindsay and her friends are also going to Vegas, but they are staying to a relative’s house. We will try and meet up with them later.

Well we MADE IT!! The two of us drove straight through to Vegas. Time to relax... yeah right!! We call Lindsay, and they are still driving. We hung out, went out, and we rode the roller coaster at New York, New York.
Concert:
Our seats were awesome! We were next to the VIP section, and the 2nd stage. Same line up for opening acts as were in San Jose and Oakland, with the addition of Tony Lucca. He was good, I wasn’t really paying attention to the set, I was trying to get in touch with Lindsay. We met up with her before Nsync started. She told me that her friend’s sister’s boyfriend works at the new hotel Palms, and he said that Nsync was staying there. That wasn’t very logical in my head, but I kept that info to myself. Anyway apparently they were playing blackjack in that casino earlier in the day. Lindsay, Carly and I promised to get together later that night or the next day. Upon returning to our seats, there was an annoying old man in front of us who argued with me about when the concert was going to start. I told him exactly when it was going to start, and he argued and said it wouldn’t be for twenty minutes. He was about to bet me money when it did start. Stupid old man, should have listened to the master.
Same old everything. This concert seemed to run on forever, which is a good thing. All of the other concerts seemed to end too fast. When the time came for the medley of oldies, the sky ramp was lowered, and the boys took their places. It sucked as one point because Joey was directly above us. We could only see his shoes! We took a picture of them...I know we are dorks. We were also right by the thing that shoots the confetti. I dunno what it is called, but we were right by it. When the confetti went off it totally filled our area . We couldn’t see the stage at one part. Carly and I started throwing the confetti and stuffing it down each others’ shirts. I think Lance saw, cause he was looking down at us, and started to laugh.
During the lead in to I Want You Back, New Orleans Blues Version, they sang happy birthday to a bodyguard. Clowning around ensued and they never did finish the story. When Justin told JC to finish the song off, he told him to pretend that everyone was naked. He started to sing then broke off in laughter with, “The naked people are staring at me.” It was hilarious.
Concert went on as normal. The wind was horrible on the way back to our hotel (Excalibur). Carly and I were going to go back out, but we ended up falling asleep.

Shopping and Tourist Day!
We decided that on this trip we would do some shopping and sightseeing since normally we don’t get a chance to do that. We went over to the Forum shops in Caesar’s Palace, and the stores in the Aladdin. We also decided to see Lance Burton preform over at the Monte Carlo, so we bought tickets for the late show. On the way back to the hotel we went on the coaster at New York, New York again...we couldn’t resist the opportunity. Got ready for the show, and went back to the Monte Carlo.
Just as we sit down to eat at the Monte Carlo, Lindsay calls me. She is going over to the Palms to see her friend. SO we go into the theater for the show, when I look at my phone and notice I have a voice mail. Lindsay is on there yelling that JC, Justin and Chris are over at the Palms gaming, and we need to get over there. Carly and I talk about it and since our tickets for Lance Burton are non-refundable, non transferable, we decide to stay and watch the show then go over to the Palms. We call back Lindsay, and tell her what’s up. Lindsay and her crew are heading back to where they are staying. We beg them to stay and tail Nsync, but it’s no use.

After the show, on a whim I decided that we should go over to MGM before we go back to our hotel. As we are walking through scooping guys, Carly grabs my arm (deja vu), and says,”Damn look over there. He’s fine,...OH MY GOD... that’s Justin!” Justin is like maybe 10 feet away playing craps with his dad, bodyguards and his friend Trace. Being the brains of the operation, j/k, I decided that we should go over to the Starbuck’s by the craps tables and get something to drink. That way we can sit there and watch Justin, and we can’t get kicked out because we are patrons. I call Lindsay, and she says she was in bed, but she is now on her way over. Every few seconds Justin ducks his head down to throw the dice, so we don’t see him for a second, but the he reappears once they have been thrown. This happens quite a few times, then suddenly he didn’t reappear. Carly got up under the guise of throwing something away, but he was gone! He disappeared faster than Lance Burton!! We get up and walk around the area, seeing if he changed tables or something, but nope he is gone. The table was close to the elevators, so he probably just slipped into them and went back upstairs to his room. Lindsay arrived, and she just happened to miss everything. We hung out, then parted ways soon after to get back to the hotel and sleep.

We said goodbye to place of dreams, and we went home. It rained, and it sucked. Now we can say we saw 2 Nsyncers just hanging out in Vegas. If you didn't read about our encounter with JC, check it out here: Road To Celebrity Part 5
