My *NSYNC Concert Review
OH YEAH! *NSYNC IN OAKLAND BABY!!!! WOOOHOOO! hehe. O.k. I left my house at like 11:30 to go get everything I needed...gas, money etc. Then on went my trip to gather my friends. I got everyone and we were on our way to Oakland!! Listened to *NSync the entire trip up and back and were pumped to see da guys. It took about half an hour to get up there, and I drive pretty dang scary.
So we get there at like 1:30 or something and we still had like 6 hours before the show. As I'm driving around to go get to the parking area, I spot their bus and totally flip.Total teeny! *LOL* My friends are telling me to watch the dang road cuz I almost hit the fence. They wouldn't let us park in the parking lot, so we found another place to park and just walked in. We were out roaming and I wanted a pic of the bus, so I practically ran to it and took one. Since the guys weren't there yet, we had a pretty good amount of time to kill. One of the bay areas radio stations was there and guess what....they were giving away BS passes!
So, we uh..go into another teeny fit and beg for them. The stupid contest won't be until "later" is what they said so we pretty much knew they weren't gonna do it. Lame ass! Anyhoo-we're just standing there, dancing to the music and we see a bus coming off the freeway. So all these gay ass teenies run to the entrance and run after the bus. It was the opening acts, which made it funny cuz everyone thought it was *NSync. Too much. Me and my friends were yelling" OMG! IT'S THE OPENING ACTS!!!" *LOL* Ya had to be there. More time to waste and still 4 1/2 hours until the show. Not to mention I'm bored as hell and cold.
We all are just standing there and trying to talk the station into giving us passes, but rememeber it's "later." Another 2 buses come in...crew and opening acts again...or at least thats what we thought. Later on we found out that a blue bus that had come in, was *NSync's but we thought it was the opening acts. SUX RIGHT? More standing, being cold when I see a guy riding his bike around the parking lot. I straight up stared at him and he looked just like Joey's bro, Steve. He was lookin' straight at me and was riding by all slow. I had this feeling it was Steve, but not entirely sure b/c he had hair and looked really crappy. (*NOTE: When we got inside, I found out it was Steve! I was pissed cuz I coulda gotten a pic and possibly BS access.hehe*) Then he rode passed me and almost ran me over. I was gonna throw a rock at him too. *LOL* Later on, I was talking to my friend when my friend Crystal like beat the hell outta me to point out Joey's parents. She was like..you want a picture with them!!! I did, but there were all these teenies attacking them, so I left them alone.
We finally got let in, after hours of waiting. And good thing, they didn't check bags cuz they were running late. It didn't really matter cuz I had my camera in a tampon box, so they wouldn't have checked it anyways. *LOL* My master plan of sneaking in a camera! We get in, pay $20 for their new programs and sit down. I was pretty much excited cuz our seats were closer then I had expected. The crowd went nuts cuuz Steve came out...I was like, what's the big deal? It's ONLY Steve. He's not important. *LOL* OMG1 You won't believe it but Steve has a JOB!! He gets the privilege of announcing the opening acts!! Yea jobless loser! Might I add that the A-Teens and Wild Orchid sucked. I just sat there bored and falling asleep.
The moment I had waited for, the lights out, Lonnie told us not to take pics, but my zoom was ready...and out came one of the best groups..Joe--uh..I mean *NSync!!! Now if ya saw da pay-per-view, its the exact same thing. Except they sang "Bye Bye Bye" too! And they did the Mission Impossible opening, like their summer concerts. It was awesome and I loved every minute of it. Thrustin', ass shakin', spazzin',and Joey acting hammy as ever! HWG..I was up doing the moves..hitting peeps next to me. *LOL* I cracked up when Lance did his lil "there ain't noo stoppin' us now" intro for You Got It. SCOOP! You, you,you got it! I love Joey's lil body roll thing he does..sexy! I loved when they sang For the girl, not because of the song, but because Joey didn't come out onstage with sluts! He came out with 4 litle kids. He looked so cute with all of them. I snapped about 3 pix of him with the kids...awwww =)
Then they did the decade thing and I flipped! I knew my pimp daddy was coming up and saved my pix for him! hehe. But JC sounded good doing that thing he does, the Jackson 5 thing was awesome. Joey pimpin' the stage. Woohoo! He came over to our side a whole bunch of times to give us that love. I was just waiting for the thrustin'! Many pics went to Joey's pimpin' and I don't regret taking any. Then the most thrust worthy song..Crazy For You! JC..my fav. spaz. Joey and Justin thrusted to that thing like even when there wasn't a thrust part. I was yelling and stuff. Of course! I was shakin' my friends and yellin out uh..."friendly" remarks to Joey. *LOL*
Slowin' it all down with IDMC. Ahhh yeah! Chris was talkin' bad about Lou Pearlman and how they'll always be *NSync. the whole crowd booed at Lou..which was funny cuz JC was like..yeah...you boo that bastard.(he didn't say that but he was thinking it) *LOL* Joey's cheesiness took into IJWBWY. I love those dance moves. I gotta learn em. SEXY SEXY SEXY! Buff arms and ass shots galore! Then they did "BYE BYE BYE" Thats when our row went nuts. I started doing the little moves and jumpin' everywhere. That is the next song I will conquer dance moves to! hehe. Lance went and told us he was from Mississippi and thats why God Must have spent a lil more time on our crowd. *LOL* j/k
Of course, Justy's loooong ending to forever and started to piss me off cuz I wanted them to hurry it up and finish. He went on for like 5 minutes...just Justin! Then Chris yelled at him to hurry up and finish cuz the crowd wanted to finish the dance moves and he was making the guys look like puppets when they kept half bowing. *LOL* Ya had to be there to hear it. So Chris picked a girl, and told Justy to finish. The girl had in earplugs so I guess she couldn't really make out what they were saying.She took them out and Chris was like "OH you know took those out and pay attention...after the show's almost over!" It was funny. Justin got on his knee and finished and they all left.
IWYB BABY! Me and my friends went total nutz and like probably hit tons of people doing the dance moves. I couldn't help it. IWYB is my specialty in dance moves. *LOL* Joey had on a fire beanie that was really cool and Justin and Lance kept trying to take it off. He kinda pushed them away and fixed it like 4 times. He almost made JC fall too when he flipped him cuz he was fixing his dang hat. I thought it was funny. Song ended..and bs they went again to set up for Sailing.They played the UDMC vid for us and I had to reload my film for Sailing.They did Sailing, which was awesome and I took pix of Lance for Ems, cuz he was on my side, and Justy for my friends..(*Note:When I got my pix developed, the Sailing roll got exposed! I seriously cried, cuz those were close) I saw Joey's new tattoo, which is on his left calf and it's the same thing Justin has on his ankle. The chinese symbol for music.
Then the big finish to an awesome night...TUMH! ASS SHAKIN' AND SMACKIN'!!! yea. I got pix of them slappin' there asses too! (WHICH GOT EXPOSED!!!) Joey didn't do a flip and what was funny was *LOL* he kinda stopped cuz he didn't do it. So he stood there and then started dancing again cuz he messed up. Afterwards....up on the cablesand they sang "No Stoppin'" Oh yeah...my favorite song..... They did their quick leave and were gone before we even got outside. I was mad cuz I wanted to see em leave.
We head back home and we were almost there when I saw what I thought was a truck. It was *NSync's bus!!! I had caught up with it. It was going to Sacramento and I pulled up next to it, told my friends to look at the driver and try to see inside. They couldn't see much with the windows down. The buses shades were down. All I saw were some jackets hanging, a t.v. and an alarm clock. But the lights were on in the front of the bus, so we knew they were there. My intentions were to follow them, but I had to be home. I had work. Damn job!!! Anyhoo- that was one of the best nights...even though I didn't meet them. Next show...I'm followng them, cuz there ain't no stoppin' me now!!! *LOL*
