Can't Fight The Feeling Chapter Four

"Hey there!" Aubrey said cheerfully, as Justin slid down into his seat. He smiled and nodded his head at her playfully. "Damn, she looks hot" he thought to himself, excited for that night. The front of her long blonde hair was pinned up, showing her beautiful face, and the back was left down, and curled. He couldn't help but notice how gorgeous her green eyes were.

She slipped him a note, asking about what he planned to do with her tonight. He wrote back saying he wanted to get her drunk and take advantage of her, and wrote "just kidding" at the bottom. He heard her laugh as she read it, and after a few moments, she handed it back again. He unfolded it, and saw that she had written "Why do you have to be kidding? It sounded good to me, you animal!" This was another thing he loved about her. He knew she was kidding, because she wasn't that kind of girl, but she had this flirty spunkiness about her. He noticed guys checking her out all the time, and hanging around her, but he didn't worry, he'd never seen her flirting with any of them. And besides, they weren't getting serious, or anything, just having a good time.

At 6:30, Justin dialed Aubrey's number, and when she answered, he asked if she was ready for the game.

"Sure thing, my brotha!" she told him, making him smile at her comment. He drove to her house, thinking it was amazing that a girl was actually ready on time. He walked to her door, and knocked. She opened the door, and pulled him inside. She ran down the hall, and returned with her jacket.

"You want anything to drink or anything, before we go?" she asked, smiling.

"No, actually, I was gonna see if you wanted to stop somewhere before the game, and get some sodas."

"Okay." she said pulling him out the door.

Once they got in his car, she immediately started entertaining him.

"I'll be the DJ." she told him excitedly, changing the radio station. The first thing she heard was "WILD THING" by Ton Loc. She started singing loudly, pretending to be a rapper.Justin laughed at her, and realized he wasn't even watching the road.

"You ARE a wild thing!" he teased her.

"You better believe it!" she squealed.

Oh, hey, you're friends with Joey right?" Aubrey asked Justin.

"Yeah, he's my BEST friend."

"Well, my best friend Jessica, she's in our 2nd hour, you remember her right?" Justin nodded.

"Well, she thinks he's hot. Is he coming to the game?"

"Yeah, he's supposed to meet us out front."

Aubrey smiled, "Good, 'cause Jessica's coming too, and I want to introduce them."

"Cool." Justin agreed.

As they pulled up, Aubrey saw Jessica and their other friend Hillary walking toward the ticket line. Once they got out of the car, she pulled Justin over to them.

"What's up, Justin?" Jessica said sweetly, looking around.

"Not much. So who are you looking for?" he asked, teasing.

"No'one." she said, blushing.

"I already told him, Jess, give it up." Aubrey said, shoving her playfully. Jessica shot a mean look at her best friend, and hit her.

"Speak of the devil!" Justin said, waving to Joey, who was walking toward them. Jessica got quiet, and smiled shyly at Joey, as he approached. He smiled back, and looked at Justin inquisitively.

"Joey, this is Jessica, Jessica, this is Joey." Joey shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you."

"And this is Aubrey."

Justin interrupted. "OH, YOU'RE the famous Aubrey." He said, winking at her. They all walked inside, together, and found their seats. Aubrey pulled Justin down next to her, leaving just enough room for Joey and Jessica to have to sit next to eachother. Which seemed to be fine with both of them, and they didn't pay any attention to the game. They spent the whole time flirting and laughing.

"He seems to like her." Aubrey said, nudging Justin, and pointing at Joey and Jessica.

"Yeah, well I like YOU." He answered, looking into her green eyes.

She blushed, and said,"Well, I guess you're OKAY, too."
