LETTING GO

Looking back now on times past
It seems like life went by so fast
Thinking about the time we spent
Will I ever see you again?
Isn't it strange how things turn out
In the ways that we least expect
Problems so big we cannot face
Words we cannot forget

One thing that I can promise you
Are that the words I said were true
I hope one day we will laugh again
But right now I don't know what to do
All these pressures on my head
That I'm not able to deal with
I just hope that one day soon
We can see each other again
