"Oh god Ali don't go I need you I want you. Don't leave me!" Justin screamed as he ran and picked her up. If only she knew how much he meant these words.

"ok sorry I asked. C'ya soon," Ali walked out of the door.

"What was that about J?" Lance asked. Katie was next to Lance leafing threw some pictures she had taken. Katie had recently found at job at a teen magazine and had taken some pictures of the guys yesterday. Katie nudged Lance as if saying don't bring it up.

"I don't know I guess I am trying to show her I really have feelings for her." Justin gazed at the door as if wishing she would walk in just to hear him say that. "I know it's stupid but I want to show her how much I care about her without telling her." Justin's cheeks were red with embarrassment.

"Oh Justin don't be embarrassed I think that is the sweetest thing anyone could do for someone they cared about." Katie ran over and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Has she said anything about me Katie?" Justin asked after Katie had sat back down.

"Justin please don't ask me that. This has to happen if it is meant to happen and if I tell you anything, good or bad, it could ruin everything," Katie looked as though she was going to continue but Jc cut her off.

"Stop worring Justin everything will be great. You are going to make Ali the happiest person in the world. Everyone shut up I think she's coming."

Ali returned home with the ingredients and they all had a long brunch. They all took turns taking showers and Katie went home to get some things. By the time everyone was clean and ready for the day it was about 1. They all decided to just chill out and send some alone time. Joey and Chris didn't like the idea of ‘alone time' so they went downstairs and played video games for like 3 ˝ hours. Jc was busy in his room just rehearsing some of his stuff and writing some tunes down. Lance and Katie were in his room and she was showing him her pictures she had taken over the years. Justin was in his room getting all nervous and Ali was online chatting. By the time everyone returned as a group it was about 4:30. The prom was going to start at 7:30.

"Guys I'm going to go upstairs and get ready. Katie will you come up in about 20 minutes and help make me beautiful?" Ali smiled. Katie nodded and went up the stairs with her.

"I think you're beautiful the way you are Ali." Justin said timidly.

"Justin," she ran down to him and gave him a kiss on his cheek, "that's the nicest compliment I have ever gotten." Ali then ran up the stairs and shut her door. For the next 2 hours she was up there with Katie getting ‘beautiful' and Justin thought it was a good time to change into his tux. Justin had kept his stuff in Jc's room so he didn't have to be on the same floor as Ali. After he changed he waited with everyone else in the living room. Then Katie yelled... "Gentlemen may I introduce the wonderful Ali!"

Ali glided down the stairs in this gorgeous lavender dress that had a tight bodess with gem covered spaghetti straps and then an ankle skirt part that was silky material but sheer like a dancers skirt that rippled at the end. That came right above her ankle. She did a little spin to show off the dresses affect. She had strappy sandles with gems just like in her dress covering them. Her hair was half up in a messy bun with curled strands falling over her neck. Her make-up was subtle but noticeable. Her eyes shimmered with glitter as a matter of fact all of her skin had glitter on it. "Well what do you all think?"

"WOW!" Lance said just like he did on Th Heaven :)

"You look amazing Ali," Jc outstretched his hand to hold her down the stairs.

"Boy I wish I was 9 years younger." Chris said as he starred at Ali.

"Hey now. I am not a piece of meat," Ali smiled. "Justin do you like my," she stopped as she saw that Justin had on a tux. "What are you doing in that?" Ali was very confused.

"Ali I would be honored with all my heart if you allowed me to accompany you to your prom. I've wanted to ask you for the longest time I was just afraid you weren't feeling what I was feeling and..."

"I was Justin I was. Yes, yes I want you to take me." Ali ran around Joey and jumped into Justin's outstretched arms. "I'm the luckiest person in the world."

"No I am." Justin was so very happy.

"Will you too stop already we're going to be sick and you're going to miss the dance." Katie snapped at least 30 pictures of them before she let them leave. They finally got out the door.

"Ali before you get in I have this for you," Justin pulled out a pink and purple baby's breath corsage and slipped it on Ali's wrist. "Do you like it?"

"Oh Justin this is the greatest night of my life."

"Mine too Ali. Mine too."

They drove off to the prom. When they reached the entrance Justin opened Ali's door and they walked in with arms linked. The site of the dance floor was breath taking. There were twinkling lights everywhere and mist covered the floor. Balloons of every color were everywhere and beautiful flower art was on the walls and glittering. Streamers of silver were on the archways and the DJ's booth was silver and glittery as well. People were already dancing to the music and having a good time.

"Shall we?" Justin motioned to the dance floor. Ali nodded and they headed down there. For the next hour they just danced their asses off to every kind of music you could think of. Just as they caught their breath from Ricky Martin's "Shake your bon bon" Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's "Where You Are" come on and Justin pulled Ali into his arms. The two were so close Ali's hair was in Justin face. Justin breathed in her scent thanking God he had given him such a wonderful person. When the music ended the two parted reluctantly and sat down at a table. No one had really noticed that Ali's date was actually Justin Timberlake so they didn't have much of a problem. "I'm going to go get us some punch ok?"

"NO Justin stay with me I think it's time for me to make my speech," Ali took his hand as if she never wanted him to leave.

"Ok I'll stay I'm sorry I didn't know. Don't worry it's going to be fine I'm here for you." Justin pulled Ali into a tight hug just as they called her to come up. The two walked onto the stage hand in hand and Justin stood to the back as Ali walked to the microphone.

"Hello everyone. How are you all enjoying our Prom?," cheers eruppted from the crowd of people. "That's what I thought. Unfortunately I am not here to give a very happy speech. I'm here talking to you because someone very dear to me and all of us passed on a few weeks ago. Jack Masters was taken from us a few weeks ago due to a tumor in his heart," there was gasps from the audience. "I am sorry to be saying this now, but I know in my heart that Jack would have wanted me to tell you when everyone he cared for and was cared about was having fun, so that the memories of him would come back and make you smile even more. Jack was my best friend. He was the greatest part of my life and he has given me so much to live for. I know he is watching us right now thinking how much better he could have made this prom by doing somehting wild and crazy," Ali paused due to the laughter, "because that's who he was. Jack was brave until the very end. Just like he was when he was alive. I know he would not want one of you to be sad for him. He is in a better place now, he's in a place where he can watch us all and think how lucky he was to be with us when he was. Jack will always be remembered in my heart as the most amazing person I will ever know and I hope a lot of you feel the same way. Thank you so much." Cheers echoed through the room as Ali walked off stage. There were tears in her eyes as Justin took her into his arms.

"You were wonderful Ali simply wonderful. I know Jack is so proud of you right now."

"Thank you Justin." The two of them were in the middle of the dance floor when This I Promise You came on.

"Will you honor me in a dance?"

"Of course." Ali sway to his voice as Justin sung in her ear. Ali had never been more happy. As the song ended their faces parted and Justin gazed into Ali's eyes. Ali slowly wrapped her arms around Justin's neck and he around her waist. Their heads moved slowly towards each other. When their lips brushed against each other Ali tingled all over. Then they kissed a slow passionate kiss. The first real kiss of Ali's life. They stood there in each others arms as they kissed not caring who was watching or what was going on. At that moment they were the only people on earth. It was sheer bliss.

"And then we kissed and oh Katie it was the greatest feeling in my entire life!" Ali and Katie had boarded themselves up in Ali's room so she could tell her everything. It was well past 1 am but everyone was up. Justin was reliving the night to the guys and Ali to Katie.

"Wow!" Katie looked as though she had been there, "that sounds so amazing."

"Oh my goodness it was. I think I'm in love with him," Ali blurted out.

"What did you just say?"

"I said I think I'm into him." Ali triedto cover up and fix her mistake.

"No you didn't you said ‘you loved him,'" Katie looked upset. "Are you serious. Or is this just a little thing."

"Katie, don't say anything to anyone, but I think I really am. I don't want anyone to know. I just want to see how things go. I don't wanna rush anything. Right now it's perfect. I can't wait to go out again tomorrow with him."

"Boy you really are into him. Well good luck. Lance and I are going to lunch tomorrow." Katie blushed.

"You guys really hit it off huh?"

"I guess so. I mean I dunno we like each other, but if anything does happen he's gonna have to make the first move. I don't want to scare him."

"Come on it's really late. Get out so I can get ready to go say good night to Justin."

"What do you plan to change?"

"I just want to brush my hair and put on some lip gloss." Ali smiled curiously. Katie finally got the picture.

"Oh I get it. Night." With that Katie left and Ali did exactly as she had told Katie and made her way down stairs.

On the couch was Chris and Joey. She walked over gave them each a big hug and said good night. Lance was on the other chair and he too got a hug and a good night. Justin and Jc were in the kitchen so Ali went into there. "Guys?" Ali called.

"In here come on in." Jc's voice said. Ali opened the door and walked into the kitchen to find two half filled glasses of milk and Jc and Justin sitting at the table. "So, good night Ali," he kissed her cheek waved to Justin and left the room.

"Hi," Justin said. There was an award silence until...
